Clinical Manifestations:
patient with ulcer in yuothness (?). Epigastric pain. Diabetes. Chronic coronary heart disease.
Clinic
: bolnav cu antecedente ulceroase (?). Dureri epigastrice. Diabet. CICD.
Intraoperative Aspect:
exophytic tumour 5 cm developed to the great epiploon, with the origin in antrum.
Aspect intraoperator
: tumoră de cca 5 cm dezvoltată exofitic spre marele epiploon, provenind din porțiunea antrală a stomacului.
Intraoperative Aspect:
after intercoloepiploical decollement and stomach removed.
Aspect intraoperator
: după decolare intercoloepiploică și bascularea stomacului.
Intraoperative Aspect:
the real origin of the tumour in the wall of the gastric antrum.
Aspect intraoperator
: după eliberarea tumorii și a epiploonului mare se remarcă originea tumorală în peretele antrului gastric.
Intraoperative Aspect:
omentectomy; cuneiform resection of antrum; gastrorrhaphy.
Aspect intraoperator
: gastrorafie după rezecție parcelară cuneiformă a antrului gastric și omentectomie.
Operatory Specimen:
together the tumour, the epiploon and the segment of the excised gastric wall.
Piesa operatorie
: tumora împreună cu epiploonul și segmentul de perete gastric excizat.
Histopathological Exam:
liposarcoma with myxoid zones.
Examen histopatologic
: liposarcom cu zone mixoide.
